How it Works
Consultation:
Our service starts with a 30min onsite visit (Sydney metro) by one of our qualified team to meet you to discuss:
- Any ideas you may have already regarding objectives or plant choices
- Any individual style that you would like the plants/pots to reflect
- How we can incorporate new plants with existing furniture and/or plants.
- An idea of the budget you have in mind.
- The amount of time you want to spend maintaining the plants.
We then gauge the balcony’s potential, taking into consideration:
Compass direction, temperature, wind-effects, tap access for irrigation, installation access to your property and the balcony location.
This consultancy is $55 inc GST, and it is credited against a confirmed order.

Quote
A detailed quote will be emailed or faxed to you, with images of the suggested plants and containers. This will include delivery and installation costs.
Delivery and Installation
Most balcony gardens can be installed in just one day, providing an instant transformation.
We deliver and install on weekdays, in the Sydney metro area. For other areas please enquire.
Once an order is accepted and confirmed we will organize and oversee delivery & installation of your plants, with professional care.
On-going Support
To ensure that your new balcony garden maintains healthy growth we offer the following after sales support:
- Start-up Fertilizing kit
- Written watering and fertilizing instructions
- 7 day a week telephone support for any questions / concerns you may have
- 1 free 30min follow-up visit
